That's why we practice bankruptcy law, to give hope. To tell you a bit about Doan Law Firm, our partners are a father and his 5 sons - all bankruptcy lawyers. The firm has been in business for 17 years and we practice bankruptcy law exclusively. We have a great relationship bankruptcy court and trustee and we work hard to maintain it. As a point of interest, when bankruptcy reform occurred in 2005, 50% of bankruptcy lawyers stopped working in the field. We've sent you an intake form to complete in preparation for your appointment. It's not intended to be onerous, but it provides valuable information to determine if you qualify for bankruptcy and to help bring to light the issues we need to discuss. Your meeting will take about 45 minutes. You can ask all your questions, we'll explain the bankruptcy process in detail and you'll leave with a plan of action.
