"I am writing this to commend your firm, and specifically Thomas Kemerer at your Santa Ana Office, on the splendid service I received when I filed for Chapter 7 Bankruptcy.

I was extremely nervous and humiliated about having to file bankruptcy and thought that I would have to wait forever for an appointment, which of course just added to my feelings of anxiety about my financial situation. I was so surprised when I was able to get an appointment and of course I was so relieved! I was told that I would be receiving an email with questions to be answered and the email arrived within literally 10 minutes of my conversation.
