Henry Paloci is a bankruptcy and real estate attorney representing the firm in the Los Angeles area. Mr. Paloci graduated from The Ohio State University in 1993 and earned a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Akron in 1996.
Mr. Paloci studied American literature and psychology in his undergraduate career, and took an intra-disciplinary course of study in law school. This broad field of study prepared him to represent his clients across a wide range of connected issues.
Henry began work as a solo practitioner in southwest Florida in 1997, focusing on bankruptcy and issues tangential to the representation of debtors, including real estate litigation and transactions, litigation defense, and debt negotiation. He brings his years of experience working with debtors to Doan Law Firm and Los Angeles together with his wife and three children.
Henry D. Paloci III is admitted to practice law in the State of California and the State of Florida, in the United States District Courts for the Middle District and the Southern District of Florida, and the United States District Court for the Central District of California (pending). Mr. Paloci is also a member of several local bar associations.
