Emily Chase Smith was licensed as a California attorney in 1997. She’s worked in many areas of the law including estate planning, worker’s compensation, and real estate, but her favorite practice area is bankruptcy. She has a passion for helping her clients resolve nagging issues that have been weighing them down for years and giving them a renewed sense of purpose and hope. Every bankruptcy situation is different and Emily takes the time to get to know her clients and their personal goals and dreams. Emily’s background in the varied areas of the law helps her design a holistic plan and helps her clients find a clear path to their future.
