Brian C. Fenn, Esq.

Orange County bankruptcy attorney Brian C. Fenn earned his Juris Doctor degree from Chapman University School of Law in 2006 after receiving a Bachelor of Arts degree in Philosophy from Brigham Young University in 2001.

Although Brian has experience practicing in several areas of law, including landlord/tenant law, employment law, contract law, criminal law, and general civil litigation, his main focus during his professional career has been bankruptcy. During that time, he has successfully guided hundreds of clients from all walks of life from the initial consultation through to the discharge and closure of the case.

Brian understands that the bankruptcy process can seem daunting and terrifying to many people, and he strives to dispel the many myths and misunderstandings that often worry clients as they contemplate seeking the protection of the Bankruptcy Code. Brian takes great pride in guiding clients through the process of filing bankruptcy and starting them down the road to financial recovery and well-being.

Brian is also fluent in Spanish after having lived in Mexico City and Argentina for a number of years.
